We Lose Either Way

"Stronger than lover's love is lover's hate. Incurable, in each, the wounds they make." - Euripides

  1. That's interesting, because it shows there's not much of a difference between love and hate, they both require incredibly strong feelings of another person, good or bad.
They both require a person to be enveloped in the feeling, something all-consuming, which, in either case, can wound a person.

  2. It makes me think of that line "There is a fine line between love and hate"

When emotions such as love or hate, emotions that strong, are involved there is very little chance that someone won't get hurt. The smallest mistake can hurt the most.
